Geez, I haven’t written a blog in quite some time.
Not sure how that much time just flashed away, but it did.
Truth be told: I’m busy.
I have my hands in a lot. As an entrepreneur, you wear many hats… allll the hats really.
It really spoke to me this week when a client said to me “I keep waiting for you to tell me: That’s not in my job description.”
I love business. I love it so, so much. So, when I am supporting another business owner, it all seems to be in my job description- because it is all in theirs.
Now, there are exceptions, as I may not always be the best woman for the job (think heavy lifting or coding or taxes), but for the most part, I WANT to do it all.
It is what I know. As a mama, as a serial entrepreneur and business coach/consultant; it’s all just in the job description.
It’s a lovely part of it all. The progress, the variability, the grit, the unexpected.
I love supporting business owners where they want the support. They are their business. Without them, the business just doesn’t happen like it should. So, whatever I can do to lighten the load, and further support the advancement of their business, I’m here for it.
I like to consider myself to be the idea factory, the project manager, the picker-upper.
I’m not your typical business coach. I don’t slide you a piece of paper with a bunch of ideas or stats on it and let you have at it, going at it again all alone. I’m your sidekick, your cheerleader, your project manager. Give.Me.All.The.Things.
Whether it is building an e-commerce store or interviewing the best fit of PR firms for a client (like it was for this particular client)- You’ll get a “yup” from me.
If you just want the stats, the piece of paper with ideas, the methods or checklist. I can do that too.
But, I know what it is like to do business alone. I’m that coach/consultant I needed and wished I had all those years. You really don’t HAVE to do it all alone.
I haven’t really had space for new clients for months. I am toying with the idea of opening up a spot soon, though. We’ll see. (wink)
Reach out and tell me what I can take off your plate or support you with today.
