My Most-Used Business Tools

by | Jul 7, 2022

I’m pretty simple as far as my tools go, you may even call me “old-school,” but I do have a few favorite business tools that I absolutely cannot live without!

My iPad Pro with Notability App– I HAVE to write things down. I’m one of those people that need to feel and see things in order for it to really sink in and organize my stead stream (ok, frenzy) of ideas.

So, most conversations you’ll have with me, I’ll be there… just scribbling notes on my iPad.

The Notability app makes it so easy to keep my scribbles organized and can even translate them to text! I can sketch out logo ideas, make a website map, keep my running list of business ideas for clients in one place, you name it! (Notability.com)

Add the Apple Pencil paired with a paper-feel screen protector= perfection! Added bonus: no sticky notes required.

HelloSign– We all need an efficient way to organize and send and sign documents from around the world. I feel HelloSign gives me all of that and I use it for all of my client contracts.

They even have a free version if you send less than 3 documents a month.

Upload your document, highlight the fields you need the recipient to fill in, email it. Easy Peasy.

Canva Pro– I mean, duh. Aren’t we all using Canva at this point? Whoever made this program is a pure genius.

It has so many uses; letterhead, business cards, Facebook cover photos, flyers, social media posts, videos, even logos… the options for design are nearly endless.
Import your company’s brand kit and wow, things really get easy.

They do have a free version with a ton of capability, but to unlock the true beauty of the program, go for the Pro version. (Canva.com)
